This herbal tea blend is inspired to support winter blues. The coziness of the warm spices provide comfort while lifting the spirit.

Flavors Profile: Warm, Spice, Sweet, Robust

Ingredients: Cinnamon, Mimosa Bark, Licorice Root, Ginger, St. John’s Wort, Cloves, Cardamon, Astragalus, Allspice, Ashwagandha, Milk Thistle, Lemon Balm

Approx. 15 cups herbal tea per pouch.

Contraindications: Talk to your doctor before taking  if you have a stomach, intestinal, or peptic ulcer, acid reflux, hypersensitivity to eugenol or the composite family (Asteraceae), digestive concern, concerns with female hormones,  low blood sugar potassium, congestive heart failure, cardiac disease, edema, liver cirrhosis, bile stasis disorders, chronic hepatitis, kidney failure, low thyroid activity, catarrh, overweight, sexual dysfunction, gallstones, hypomania, mania, bipolar disorder, severe depression, psychotic symptoms, suicidal risk, acute infections, autoimmune conditions, organ transplant. Do not take if exposed to the sun for an extensive period of time. Stop using 72 hours before an elective surgery.  Do not ingest if pregnant, become pregnant, or nursing. Speak to your doctor before ingesting if you are on any medication.
