• Bath Blend: Epson Salt, Rose, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Lady’s Mantle, Green Tea, White Willow Bark
• Oil Blend: Argan Oil, Rose Essential Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil

Directions:

1. Place epson salts & herbs into bath bags.
2. Tie off the bags and place it in the bath tub to steep like a cup of tea.
3. Add essential oil at your discretion.
