Golden Spiced Fig Sour

Mocktail Recipe

ISophisticated Coup glass filled with a frothy autumn orange mocktail. It’s surrounded by velvet pumpkins and fall leaves.



1 1/2 tsp    Golden Spiced Anti-inflammatory Herbal Tea

1 cup   Water

1 tsp Fig Spread 

1 tsp Honey

2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

1/2-1 tsp (Optionally Whiskey)




1. Heat water to approx. 175 degrees F. Pour water into a mug and place infuser                             with herbs into water to steep. Steep for about 5 minutes.

2. Add fig spread to herbal tea and stir until dissolvable parts incorpoate into  mixture.

3. Refridgerate for approx. 15 minutes or until chilled. Take out Infuser.

4. Pour mixture into a cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice, whiskey (if so choose), and egg white. Shake for about 5 seconds. Add ice and continue to shake for about 10 sec. or until mixture looks mildly creamy.

 5. Strain into a coup glass to serve.
